CTIS 2nd Retreat
|

On Saturday May 19, 2007 the 2nd CTIS Retreat took place at Imad’s House. The Retreat began with a brief pizza lunch and moved on to a four legged monkey race. The staff was divided into groups of three members each and the teams were grouped according to their projects. This was purposely done to promote team work amongst each team. After the race and the announcement of the winners: Chava, Biraj and Jorge, the groups moved on to the obstacle course. The winners for this competition where Nahum, Enrique, and Yaqi. The last competition consisted on designing a model of a mail box that represented or matched the theme of Imad’s house. The winners were Jaime, Alex, and Carlos. For each of the three competitions a prize was awarded: 1) three tickets to Andale worth $7.50 each for the four legged race, 2) three Miner pick car ornaments for the obstacle course, and 3) three $10 gift certificates for Sonic for the mailbox competition. Once the retreat was over, dinner was served and Adriana’s official good-bye party began.
